My carrier isn't supported. What can I do?
  • We are currently working on more carriers, including international ones. To be sure that the one you are using is included, please let us know which carrier you are requesting. We really do read them and will make every effort to add it on the next version release.

    From your phone that is not currently supported, using your SMS, send the word "GATEWAY" (without the quotes) to Support@SAFCoSoftware.com .

    Note: If your phone does not allow you to send text messages to E-mail addresses, then there is a good chance that your carrier will not be compatible with our system.
